THE COCOON CONCEPT
The Cocoon concept originated after company owners Lisa de-la-Plain and Andy Stowell felt Reading deserved a modern hair and beauty salon with traditional customer service values and lots of little extras.
From the moment you arrive at Cocoon you realise this is not simply a hair and beauty salon but an experience, The Cocoon Experience. Our talented team of stylists, therapists and receptionists cater for your every need from the minute you walk in the door to the moment you leave.
Upon arrival indulge in a complimentary glass of champagne to commence your relaxation process. Hair clients can relax in our Shiatsu massage chairs whilst enjoying the Cocoon Head Massage Ritual whilst beauty clients marvel at the beautiful, luxurious Cocoon beauty suite. Whilst your treatment Is underway choose from our indulgent drinks and snacks menu whilst your stylist/therapist gives you their sole attention. After your treatment is over you will already be looking forward to your next Cocoon Experience.

Sensational hair is achieved by the unique combination of the natural talent of your stylist and communication with our clients. During your hair consultation your stylist will talk you through the options available and advise on a style to suit. Cocoon’s extensive product range and our stylists expert knowledge ensure only the perfect products tailored to your hair are used. Your stylist will talk you through what is being used on your hair and these are available to take home as part of our after care package.
EXTRAORDINARY BEAUTY
Cocoon’s beauty therapists are trained to the very highest standard and regularly attend external training to keep them ahead of the competition. Cocoon’s state of the art treatment room and nail bar has been designed specifically with you in mind. The beauty suite is fully air conditioned to ensure the perfect temperature for your treatment. Everything from your heated beauty couch to fluffy blankets is provided with you in mind. Cocoon use only the very best products in your treatment and our extensive product range allows your therapist to tailor your treatment to your individual needs.
